In this module, you will learn how to work as a Sales Manager in practice using practical assignments. Here, you will prepare your workplace. Prepare commercial offers. Prepare all the accounts on which you will conduct work on finding clients. Connect the CRM system. Connect your foreign number and IP-Telephony. Make the first contact with clients. Make the first calls. Learn to plan work.

Stage 1 – Preparing the workplace:

  • Step 1 – At this stage, according to the instructions, you will prepare working accounts, create working pages, tools and commercial offers – in a word, prepare to work with clients.
  • Step 2 – Set up the process and tools that you will then use in working with clients.
  • Step 3 – Register and professionally design pages on the necessary sites.
  • Step 4 – Choose the direction of product development, as well as the country and market in which you will conduct business and work with clients.
  • Step 5 – Learn to work with CRM according to the instructions.
  • Step 6 – Set up your CRM account, which will simplify your work with clients and planning.
  • Step 7 – Install useful plugins that will help in working with the client, create beautiful CPs and see, for example, when the client opened the letter.
  • Step 8 – Create a framework for a letter for clients.

Stage 2 – First clients

  • Step 2.1 – Simulate the sale of a product to a client.
  • Step 2.2 – Set up your account in the CRM.
  • Step 2.3 – Develop and record your individual work plan for working with clients and reaching financial indicators.
  • Step 2.4 – Training in collecting information from the client.
  • Step 2.5 – The stage of conducting the first written dialogues with clients.
  • Step 2.6 – Recording the results of the work done with clients.
  • Step 2.7 – Saving the necessary working material for yourself.
  • Step 2.8 – Formation of the first work report for the day.

Stage 3 – First calls to clients

  • Step 3.1 – Studying the technology of conducting a phone call with a client using a script in several languages.
  • Step 3.2 – Learning to conduct a phone call with a client by improvising with a curator or your friend.
  • Step 3.3 – Connecting your own foreign number (for example, the USA, Germany, Canada or another country) and setting up IP-Telephony for calls abroad.
  • Step 3.4 – Conducting the first calls to clients and conducting negotiations on the development of IT Products.
  • Step 3.5 – Completing the module and reconciling the control stages from the module.
